Like any story, it starts with a kid. That little boy who has been enamoured with baking since the age of 10. His biggest dream at the time was to work at the local bakery. Going off to college and learning about the baking industry. That kid is me, Breck Patrick.  When you hear that name, I want you to think of our famous cookies and bread. Right now I am a one man show, baking up a storm. I hope to expand my little empire so that all can enjoy what I have to offer, but for now it is just me.
